At Bridging the Gap, Inclusion and diversity is at the heart of what we do as an organisation.

Our aim is to create inclusive workspaces that address historical and structural biases which often mean organisations are not demographically diverse. 

Corporate environments are often not reflective of the people that we know in our personal lives, and we passionately believe that representation and inclusion matters. Employees within any organisation should feel comfortable bringing their whole self to work and we strive for real change, not just a tick box exercise.
