By engaging in our targeted ‘Corporate Mentorship Programme’ designed for those from ethnic minority and low socio-economic backgrounds, organisations will start to see sustainable and tangible changes to their workplace demographics.
Working with partner schools and community groups, organisations will begin to develop a relationship between Bridging the Gap and the chosen schools to identify talent early in the child’s academic career and provide those students with work experience placements and mentoring from business professionals
Programme - Facilitated Discussions exploring race, gender, sexuality, socio-economic status, unconscious bias and all forms of disabilities.
Duration - 90 minutes per session
(Minimum of 3 sessions recommended)
Diversity and inclusion courses are often seen as a tick box exercise. Here at Bridging the Gap we have crafted an interactive short programme called ‘The Forum’ designed to get all of our participants really diving into the root causes and effects of systemic inequality.
The Forum provides an open and engaging space where participants can not only explore their own unconscious biases but gives them an opportunity to listen to the experience of their friends/colleagues and removes the stigma surrounding conversations about race, gender, sexuality and disabilities both physical and mental ill health.
We offer tailored business consultancy services addressing your organisation’s diversity and inclusion needs.
Bridging The Gap recognises that no two organisations are the same so we pride ourselves on offering a bespoke package, driven by consultation with the you.
